One difference with us is that you are not passed from one person to another; one person will look after you all the way through and will gain a full understanding of the funeral that you want for your loved one. Another difference is that we do not finance an expensive board of directors, so we can pass on that saving to our customers, making our funerals much more reasonable than our competitors, without skimping on quality in any way. Our final difference is that we are truly independent. Most of the names on funeral homes that you see around Norfolk are not owned by those people: they are actually owned by national companies. We are owned by Kevin Cobbold himself and he has 16 years' experience of funeral directing and holds the Diplomas in Funeral Directing and Funeral Service Management.
