We offer Reiki Massage and Reflexology treatments, also a smashing relaxation room that you are free to use after your treatment. We also run Reiki courses from levels I, II to Master / Teacher. There are Holistic Lifestlye Workshops that run twice weekly and cover many subjects including, Stress and relaxation, self esteem, positive thinking, communication, detox the mind and body, spiritual laws, and freedom from fear. We also now have Day Retreats which run monthly. We have a meditation group, also lovely items in the shop from crystals, dream catchers to magical fairy bells and much more.
