Breathing For Health was set up by Christine Lunt to help people with breathing problems. If you suffer from asthma, COPD, emphysema, rhinitis, panic attacks, stress or other breathing porblems Breathing For Health can help you improve your breathing. Christine is a trained Buteyko Teacher and Counsellor. Christine learnt Buteyko to help her with her claustrophobia. Breathing For Health offers one to one sessions or group work.
