My Areas of Expertise

I provide therapeutic counselling, specialising in anxiety, relationship problems, depression, low self-esteem and men's issues. I offer all forms of online counselling, which are video, voice, instant messaging and email, plus telephone counselling and face-to-face counselling. I aim to help people explore their thoughts and feelings, make sense of everything and see themselves and the world in a different light. I have years of experience in occupational health, so am used to helping people remain in employment; maintaining workforce morale and preventing valuable staff from developing more severe mental health problems.
