A ground source heat pump unit utilises the natural energy stored in the earth to heat your home. The benefits are that they reduce the amount of gas, oil or electricity you need to purchase to heat your home. Some electricity is required to power the pumps but for every kilowatt of electricity used for this, the system is capable of producing four kilowatts or more of energy for your home.
