AgaDIYservice is a small, dedicated company that aims to teach owners of oil fired wick burning agas and rayburns how to service and repair their range cookers. Information is given by downloading the comprehensive instructions from their site. Every step has a descriptive colour photograph attached, and the procedure has been honed carefully, using customer feedback over the last 3 years. Technical advice is available as well as information on flow rate testing, oil depths, the oil control valve, thermostat, yellow flames, etcetera. In conjunction with the on line instructions the company maintains a staffed office, open 9 hours a day where questions and problems can be dealt with in a friendly straightforward and expert manner.
