WOLVERSDENE SCHOOL PROJECT
Andover Turf Company is supplying and laying turf at Wolversdene School in ANDOVER during November. We are making good after building works, including supply and placement of TOP SOIL to make up levels. As at today, 25th november we are doing our best in sodden conditions following recent heavy rain, and we are halfway through the project. Some of the area is sloping at 30 degrees, so it is an extra challenge in this weather to not slide off! COMPLETION, weather permitting, is 5th December, and we should be inside that target date. We are using the ANDOVER TURF, as specified in the contract. This is the locally grown turf, grown from seed by us with a grass mix to provide a fairly hard-wearing lawn, which will be ideal for this location. We hope this will be another job completed to time and the window dressing in the new extension.
