We can prepare and submit your planning application, whether it is for new build or a change of use relating to land and buildings, working with all the necessary third party consultants your development proposal requires. We have a network of third party consultants, including architects, highway consultants, ecologists, heritage consultants, arborists etc that we can introduce, or alternatively we can work alongside your preferred consultants. Using our extensive expertise we can devise the strategy for your planning application or appeal and follow this through to a decision by a Council or the Planning Inspectorate as appropriate. An additional service is the preparation of a planning appraisal to consider whether there is potential for your application or appeal to be granted. This can assist clients by limiting their exposure to cost and to better understand the likelihood of success before deciding whether to proceed with the preparation and submission of a planning application or appeal.
