I am a fully insured Reflexology Practitioner, who is passionate about complementary therapies. I experienced Reflexology for the first time in 2009 and from that first treatment, started what has become a long term passion and resulted in my completing my training and starting my business, Touch Healing. My aim as a Practitioner is to ensure that you receive the highest quality and personalised experience, which is specific to your needs and requirements. This may be looking for support with something specific, such as sleep disorders, musclo-skeletal issues, sports related injuries, stress and anxiety or issues and support relating to pre-, during and post pregnancy. Or, given that it is approximated that 75% of illness is caused by stress, relaxation and some guaranteed 'You' time. My areas of special interest are fertility related issues, musclo-skeletal related issues, sleep related disorders, palliative care, including that relating to cancer care and multiple sclerosis.
