Our Classic Hog Roasts are served buffet style on clothed trestle tables and can be served inside or outside. If it's looking like rain, we have a gazebo that we can supply to keep your food and your guests dry. The Hog is presented whole and then carved as a centrepiece, a bit of theatre for your guests to enjoy.
