The Website of Brandon Hamber: writer, clinical psychologist, consultant and researcher. The site covers my recent work and extensive on-line publications. Most of my focus is on the psychological implications of the South African Truth and Reconciliation Commission, reconciliation as a theoretical and applicable concept, truth recovery processes, healing and comparative research on violence and crime in countries in transition. Prior to moving to Northern Ireland in early 2001, Brandon Hamber was the co-coordinator of the Transition and Reconciliation Unit at the Centre for the Study of Violence and Reconciliation in South Africa. He is now a Fellow at the School of Psychology at Queens University, Belfast and an Associate of the Belfast-based think tank Democratic Dialogue
