Rapid Staff Absence Improvement
Absenteeism reduced from 9% to 3% in < 6 months, in factory with 450 staff.Analysed all relevant 24 month data which showed very poor management care and control. Set up system to identify all issues, help those in need, guide those that needed it. Set up a caring system that delivered dramatic reduction without need for disciplinary action. If staff know Owners/Directors care they will only be off sick when they are sick. Savings in callouts/disruption/overtime >£800,000/annum
