Apostille Power of Attorney
Power of Attorney papers can apply to individuals acting either on behalf of a company or on behalf of another individual such as a relative. If you are being asked to act abroad on behalf of someone and you have Power of Attorney in place then the document may need an Apostille before being presented to the relevant overseas authority. Likewise, if you are being asked to conduct business abroad on behalf of a UK company then the Power of Attorney will need an Apostille Certificate. Once you have had the Power of Attorney drawn up and certified by your legal representative we can assist in getting the Apostille Certificate.
