This Professional Kickboxing Association class is available to everyone, whatever fitness and martial arts background. All classes are run safely with structure and fully qualified, experienced and authorised PKA instructors. The club runs on Wednesday evenings from 8pm till 9pm and is suitable for all ages and abilities. Sparring is completley optional and most students prefer the non-contact benefits from this sport including improved fitness, self defense, flexibility and stress relief.Students train at their own pace with lots of encouragement. Training, although serious, is conducted in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, with safety always being a top priority
