Gradus Esplanade 8000is a primary barrier mat suitable for use in the most demanding environments, such as shopping centres, airports and railway stations, where cleaning and drying of heavy wheeled traffic is required. Available in 3 solution dyed nylon colours and in 12mm and 18mm formatsGradus Esplanade 8000 is constructed from silver anodised aluminium scrapers and rigid PVC-u carriers incorporating 100% solution dyed nylon wipers with a heavy scraper yarn (in a choice of 3 colours) or a black pvc scraper wiper, which are joined together using stainless steel threaded bars.Gradus Esplanade 8000 has been tested with heavily laden trolleys to ensure suitability for use and is tested to a B1 fire rating as standard. The matting has also been tested for slip-resistance using the HSL ramp test and achieves a low risk of slip.Gradus Esplanade Plus 6000 & 5000HDis a primary barrier mat available in either open or closedconstruction and in two thicknesses (12mm or 18mm). It is ideal for use in interior or exterior locations subject to heavy foot and heavy wheeled traffic e.g. supermarkets, shopping centres and airports. The mat is constructed using an aluminium base supported by rigid PVC-u bridging strips which provide excellent point loading combined with flexible pvc hinges, available in a choice of black or grey, which allow for minor undulations in the matwell and provide ease of handling. The aluminium scrapers are interspaced with either 100% solution-dyed nylon wipers that provide excellent soil and moisture retention (in choice of 16 colours) or a black pvc wiper for scraping off dirt.
