We are Elena's Homemade Cakes, a family baking business based in London. We specialise ourselves in baking mostly traditional English cakes based on old and well-established recipes. We pride ourselves in combining the highest quality ingredients money can buy, all sourced locally, with traditional recipes and modern techniques to create the most delicious cakes and satisfy the most demanding taste. Our kitchen is based in North London and you might be wondering why is it called "Homemade" if it's not done at home. That is because the quality of the ingredients mixed with the best recipes create the "homemade taste" of our cakes. Our home kitchen is fairly small and it couldn't accommodate both the daily cake baking as well as the daily cooking required for the family so we decided to separate the two so that we can give our loyal customers the delicious cakes they deserve without any distractions whatsoever.
