Neil is a well known social media commentator on the property sector and is regularly quoted in the industry press. Estate Agency Today recently reported him as being the most influential estate agency user of Twitter. He was also one of the 'Dragons' in a re-creation of the popular BBC TV programme Dragon's Den which took place at the Property Professionals Show in 2011. Neil's current responsibilities include overall management of Neil Douglas and NRG Experts, particularly focusing on business development, marketing, continuous improvement and IT. He remains actively involved in the day-to-day management of many of our properties and also spends a fair amount of time assessing the energy efficiency of commercial buildings
