Anacreonte Properties has been run as a family run business, trading since 1967. Its wealth of experience, starting first with just commercial properties then during the 1970's and 80's venturing into the residential market, has seen it survive through three major economic recessions. Concentrating on both developing and the refurbishments of buildings, they have built up steadily a large portfolio of commercial and residential properties including a Hotel Residence and now a luxury four star hotel in Luton town centre due to open in august 2009.
