We are committed to a high degree of social and developmental interaction with our service users and our Inclusive Communication Environment, headed by our own speech and language therapist, focuses on developing the communication and language skills of our service users and staff in all aspects of our provision We provide a wide range of specialist residential care and day services for people with learning disabilities aged 18 and above Our training team organises the training for Care staff, support staff and managers and this covers all mandatory training required by the Care sector Established in 1971, we have almost forty years experience of working alongside young people and adults who have learning disabilities, supporting them in coming to terms with both their learning disabilities and the impact of any additional emotional trauma, or mental health issues within their lives Two residential houses Cedar and Birch,two service users semi independent registered flats called 'The Loft and 'Tree Corner', our Daycentre - Access, our Training Centre - Principles in Practice, and our head office administration
