Estimating a Contractors cost of Constructing Buildings and structures
We work on a freelance basis for building contractors or Developers. We break down the Architects plans into a list  of requirements, Bills of Quantities, which identifies the Work content and operations required to construct a Project. The over all build cost to the contractor can then be calculated using first principle estimatiung techniques and in summary the Contractor can then submit his Bid to his client for the project, knowing that an in depth detailed assesment of cost has been prepared. We can produce a  fully detailed list of requirements for labour, plant materials, and any subcontract cost for a project. We can also prepare working project bar charts , Programming Charts, detailing the operations, how long, and associated cost expenditurte projections for projects.
