Out & About & Away is a Social Enterprise dedicated to meeting the social needs of adults, young people and children with disabilities, chronic health problems and mental health problems. We take people for evenings out, to church services, for day trips, weekends away and even holidays. People can use their Direct Payments to pay for our service. We provide trained Support Workers and make all of the arrangements.
