Refrigerant Leak Checking and Testing
All F&R Products Ltd's engineers are all qualified and registered for handling refrigerants. EU Regulation 517/2014 controlling ozone depleting substances requires all refrigeration systems using ozone depleting refrigerants such as R407C, R410A, R134A etc. with a charge equivalent of 5 tonnes CO2e or more, to be checked annually for leaks by a qualified person. Our engineers can carry out this inspection, which also has the added advantage of ensuring condenser is clean and hence unit is operating efficiently drawing the least amount of energy to achieve full cooling capacity. Do you offer regular maintenance contracts?
Yes. F&R can offer annual and biannual service visits. We can send you a reminder when your equipment is due to be serviced. Regular servicing ensures the equipment is operating correctly and drawing the least amount of energy to achieve full cooling capacity.
