Upbeat is an independent charity supporting people who have heart related proplems and their carers in the West Suffolk region. Upbeat offers a range of specialist exercise sessions at four weekly venues, under the supervision of qualified cardiac instructors. A cardiac nurse is also in attendance to give advice to members exercising and also to those unable to exercise.
