We offer full contraceptive services and advice at all our surgeries, and some of our nurses are also family planning trained We dispense medicines to those patients entitled, that is those patients who live more than one mile from the nearest chemist Our nurses have specific training in areas such as asthma, diabetes, smoking, alcohol and heart disease prevention The surgery operates an appointment system and we endeavour, whenever possible, to give an appointment with the doctor with whom the patient is registered or regularly consults
