We look after your property and tennant.No up front fees,no add on charges,no fixed contract for a small retainer we look after your house and tenant 365 days a year.All repairs are only done on landlords say so, and done inhouse, cutting costs where possible. Major work will be subcontracted to someone of your choice or from our list of contractors,but we wont charge an arrangement fee for this service.We are a proactive management company, we dont sit in an office and use the phone, we carry out physical inspections to check for bad tenancy but also to help the tenant.
