Redemption by Wayne SharrocksReleased 2006.From the Publishers:This critically acclaimed psychological thriller from East Anglian author Wayne Sharrocks was nominated for The Guardian First Book Award, The McKitterick Prize and Channel 4's Richard & Judy's Book Club competition.Reviews: I've just finished reading 'Redemption' and felt compelled to write a few lines. It's an excellent read that takes you on an emotional journey. I found it to be an intelligent and lucid thriller that kept me turning the pages. It has to be the darkest yet at times wittiest book that I have ever read. You feel for the central character and feel like you are actually living his trauma as life seemingly conspires against him. The author writes with such emotion that he lures you seductively into his world and you are soon experiencing a full range of emotions as it's sad, funny, loving, hateful and has a superb sting in the tail. 'The author combines rich, evocative prose with a sense of on-the-edge-of-your-seat pacing to create an emotional thriller that is not just convincing, but thought-provoking as well...''A tight, tension-building tale that provides both psychological insight as well as a thought-provoking read...'http://www.amazon.co.uk/Redemption-Wayne-Sharrocks/dp/1843862549Redemption: ISBN-10: 1843862549 ISBN-13: 978-1843862543Now on sale from all good bookshops & online via: www.whsmiths.co.uk www.tesco.co.uk www.waterstones.com www.blackwell.co.uk www.amazon.co.uk www.amazon.com www.amazon.ca www.bookbutler.com www.pegasuspublishers.com www.play.com www.borders.co.ukNow on sale at Waterstones, Blackwell's and all good bookshops.(£7.99)About the Author:Wayne Sharrocks was born in the London Borough of Camden.
