Maintenance of wooden Floors Upon completion of our projects, we provide our clients with both preventative and maintenance equipment to minimize damage to their new floor. It is a stipulation of our warranty that these items be used to ensure that the floor gives many years of good service. However not all clients are able to give a Wood floor all the attention that it needs. As a consequence we now offer packages that include regular clean and 'freshen ups', encompassing Lacquered, waxed and Oiled floors. These packages can be tailored to suit the levels of wear that the floor undergoes and range from Quarterly to Triennial Visits. Contact us for pricing based upon the size and condition of your floor.
