The Right to Manage Federation (RTMF) offers an impartial and comprehensive service to help you exercise Right to Manage (RTM). RTM usualy takes about five months to acquire. The RTMF prepares all statutory notices on leaseholders' behalf and administers the whole process including RTM Company formation. As long as the criteria are met and at least half the leaseholders in your block agree to proceed, your landlord cannot legally prevent the process. Under the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 it is your legal right to choose your own management company.
