Embracing Birth is run by Robin Jallit who has been a midwife for over 18 years in a wide range of settings including Home Birth Coordinator, labour ward, birthing centre. She is also a trained hypnobirthing educator. The aim is to be able to provide more than the conventional antenatal classes typically give, by offering what Robin prefers to call birth preparation sessions either as an addition to antenatal classes or in place of antenatal classes as provided by the NHS. Sessions are tailor made to suit the individual needs of those taking part. Robins aim is to assist mothers to be in gaining the knowledge to enable them to feel relaxed, empowered and in harmony with their bodies and their babies before and during birth and able to adapt to their new life as a family.
