Merchant Lettings Limited is a new company formed in March 2008 to aquire the businesses of Merchant Executive Properties and Gilpro Lettings, both whom had a successful track record in Property Letting from their formation in the early 1990's. This exciting combination of the best parts of both businesses has produced dynamic solution to the management of property in the residential letting sector. Dedicated property professionals lead the main functions of Maintenance, Marketing, Tenant finding and Leases and Contracts. They are supported by a skilled team of administrators to provide a high level of back up, particularly in the area of financial management. Functioning from our two offices, City Centre and West End, we are able to provide the high level of service our Landlords and Tenants expect and deserve throughout West Central Scotland. These offices will be complimented shortly by new office in Ayrshire.
