My Office Recruitment provides you with the complete recruitment package and you can be rest assured that your recruitment is in safe hands. The company is run by two directors who have years of experience of employing people for their own businesses. So who else is better to find your staff than someone who knows what makes a good employee? Having previously run office based companies, we know the main frustrations when dealing with agencies is how much they charge and then actually getting a price in writing! We don't charge the industries typical 10-30% of the candidates annual salary - we have one off, set fee's that come in at about 1/3 of the average agency cost. Also, all our prices are on our website for all to see.We cover the whole process from writing your ads, to holding interviews and even setting up role play scenarios so we can determine how your prospective employee operates.
