Our Care Services
Accredilink is a CIW-registered, not-for-profit domiciliary care provider based in Denbigh, serving Denbighshire, Conwy and Wrexham. We deliver person-centred home care including personal care, medication management, respite care, dementia support, palliative care, hospital discharge support and 24/7 emergency care response. All carers are DBS-checked, trained to the All Wales Induction Framework and registered with Social Care Wales. We operate under the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 and the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016, regulated by Care Inspectorate Wales. Our dedicated emergency care responders are available around the clock for urgent support. We accept local authority funded, health board funded and private clients with no minimum care package. Welsh language care available through our Active Offer commitment.

What areas do you cover?
We provide home care services across Denbighshire, Conwy and Wrexham in North Wales. This includes towns such as Denbigh, Ruthin, Corwen, Llangollen, St Asaph, Rhyl, Prestatyn, Colwyn Bay, Llandudno, Abergele and Wrexham.
Do I need a referral to use your services?
No. Anyone can contact us directly. We accept self-referrals, family enquiries and referrals from local authorities, hospitals, GPs and other health professionals. Call 01824 538688 or email enquiries@accredilinkcare.co.uk.
How much does home care cost?
Costs vary depending on the type and level of care needed. Many clients are funded by their local authority or health board following a care needs assessment. Direct payments, Attendance Allowance and NHS Continuing Healthcare may also help. Private funding is also available. Contact us for a free, no-obligation discussion.
Are your carers qualified and checked?
Yes. All our carers are DBS-checked, trained to the All Wales Induction Framework and registered with Social Care Wales. We are regulated by Care Inspectorate Wales.
Do you offer emergency or out-of-hours care?
Yes. Our qualified emergency care responders are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We can provide rapid support for falls, illness or sudden carer unavailability.
Is there a minimum care package?
No. We offer everything from a single 30-minute daily visit to 24-hour live-in care. Your care package is built entirely around your needs.
Can you provide care in Welsh?
Yes. We are committed to the Active Offer under the More Than Just Words framework. We actively recruit Welsh-speaking carers so you can receive care in your preferred language.
