I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and hold a BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy (First Class). I am fully qualified to offer both short and long term therapy. ​ How I work I work as a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor, this means that I draw on more than one approach to psychotherapy. I believe we are each individuals and as such I don't offer a one size fits all approach, preferring to shape therapy to meet my clients' particular needs. Central to my practice is my belief that the relationship between the client and the therapist is key to the success of the therapy. I therefore offer a space that is safe and non-judgemental for you to explore your difficulties and make sense of your feelings and actions, knowing that you are no longer alone as you work towards your new goals.
