Offering independent support and advice to existing/potential users of manual and mechanised plasma cutting systems. Guidance on the most appropriate system to purchase, based on application and actual customer feedback gained in the field, relating customer support from the supplier, system reliability/performance/ease of use and maintenance, expected lifetime and cost of consumables. Identification/rectification of cut quality issues, operator guidance in programme/consumable change, correct consumable handling and storage, identifying spent/worn parts, preventing parts wastage.
