Key to the success of RoccoPizza is its true,fresh, Italian flavour.Our dough is made from the highest grade Italianpizza flour and is proved for a lengthy 24 to 36 hrs.This allows yeast to be kept to a tiny amount whileenhancing natural flavours and favouring a healthierdigestion. The oil used, is extra virgin olive oil.No other fats are used in preparing our pizza.Only premium, freshly prepared, lean toppingsgo on our pizzas with an emphasis on fresh andadded leaves (rocket/baby spinach). Only Italianmozzarella (fior di latte) is used.Rigorously, our bases are made by hand andbaked in stone ovens.
