At Bailies Coffee Roasters, we are dedicated to creating some of the world's finest ethically produced, speciality coffees. Our coffee beans are roasted daily in our Belfast roastery and sourced primarily through direct trade partnerships. This approach not only ensures outstanding quality and flavour but also supports our coffee farmers to help them build sustainable practices and improve taste year after year. While we don't operate a coffee shop on site, we're proud suppliers to a variety of exceptional cafés across the UK and Ireland. Looking for a nearby café serving our coffee?
