Mobile PBX from PhonePresence is a Virtual PBX hosted on our servers which extends full PBX functionality to mobile phones by enabling them as PBX extensions. A Mobile PBX service is more than the usual PBX service where data or calls are just forwarded to mobile extensions, rather the phone itself controls PBX functions via keypad buttons. Call handling is managed from the phone without having to dial into an external phone system. Mobiles then act as extensions with users being able to simply call an extension number. Smartphones also allow the use of custom applications.
