Premium Madagascan Vanilla Paste This intensely concentrated Vanilla Paste is skilfully crafted using ground Madagascan Vanilla Pods and Vanilla Extract blended with a carrier of natural gum thickener, Sugar Syrup and Alcohol (15%). Lovingly called "A Little Pot of Gold" by one of our customers, this paste is specially created for professional chefs and kitchens, this product is ideal for use in ice creams, baking and other culinary applications requiring an intense flavour of vanilla. The vanilla seeds in the paste add great texture to all preparations. A level teaspoon would be the equivalent of 1 Premium Madagascan Bourbon Vanilla Pod.
