We aim to give you peace of mind in your new home. With support from us we can inspect your new home and make a detailed report of any defects your chosen builder may have failed to spot. Very often when buying a new home, the builder is rushed and focussed on targets and can often miss the smaller details that really make buying your new home a special occasion. Here at N.H.I.S we don't want that to take the shine off your new home, allow us to come to your property and take a detailed inspection of every area, we will produce a report of any defects or snags found in great detail. A copy of our report will be sent directly to your builder , we will always provide you with a copy too. And we wont leave it there, we will call your builder and discuss a reasonable time scale for completion of any defects. New Home Snagging services
