Yorkshire Occupational Therapy Service provides an independent Occupational Therapist, specialising in neuro-rehabilitation for clients following brain injury, stroke and spinal cord injury. Fiona Skelly has 22 years of clinical experience within the NHS and now works in private practice. Yorkshire Independent Occupational Therapy Service can offer assessment and rehabilitation to work towards greater independence in daily living skills, returning to driving/leisure activities/work, community re-integration and advice on equipment/adaptations. Yorkshire Occupational Therapy Service can also assess/advise on cognitive and perceptual difficulties. Our service offers client-centred, goal-focussed rehabilitation. HPC registered.
