Welcome to Lucy Smith Osteopathy. Providing expert osteopathic care in Westbury-on-Trym and Knowle, Bristol. Our goal to to get you feeling better as quickly as possible so you can return to the activities you love doing. Osteopathy is a gentle and effective hands-on approach to healthcare, used to treat pain and musculoskeletal conditions. Osteopaths use a combination of targeted deep tissue massage, joint articulation and spinal manipulation adjustments to relieve pain and improve the range of movement of a joint. The principle of osteopathy is to view the person as a whole and understand the link between the body's structure and function. Here at Lucy Smith Osteopathy we are passionate about improving your health. We believe that osteopathy isn't just a quick fix until the next time you seize up. We aim to explain the underlying cause of your injury and show you how to prevent further problems from reoccurring.
