Often a requirement for outline or detailed planning permission, Geo-Logic offers professional low-cost desk based asessments of potential contamination and ground related issues, including an initial conceptual model for the site, together with recommendations for likely foundation types and infratructure (roads and drainage) design. In cases where contamination is unlikely or can be shown to pose a minimal risk, this may be suficient to clear planning conditions.
