UK radiology provides low cost private MRI scans, CT scans, Ultrasound and Isotope scans and general radiology (x-ray). We can also provide facet joint injections for the relief of back pain and x-ray guided joint injections. UK radiology is based in the x-ray department at Hereford County Hospital and is run by Hereford Radiology Group, a partnership of 7 consultant radiologists. Our income is shared with the NHS and improves the service we offer our NHS patients. There are no shareholders or outside investors.We believe we offer the lowest prices in the UK for private medical imaging. UK radiology charge just £200 for a one area private MRI scan and report with no additional charges. The charge for a CT scan of the chest, abdomen and pelvis with contrast is £300. Screening scan for aortic aneurysm costs £50. UK radiology accepts referrals from throughout the UK but is particularly convenient for Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Shropshire, Birmingham and Mid and South Wales. Referrals can be made by GPs, Hospital Specialists and, for MRI and ultrasound, by registered physiotherapists, chiropractors and osteopaths.
