 Clayton Stephens has worked in the catering industry for the last 16 years during which time has worked in five star standard hotels and restaurants and won many National and Regional awards. Finding that he had a natural talent for cooking at the young age of 15, He has worked through the ranks of the kitchens and now is an owner of his own public house and restaurant The Olde Oak Inn Rogerstone, Newport. He has a vast amount of knowledge in worldwide cuisine travelling and working in hotels and restaurants producing amazing flavours to his dishes. Clayton has the natural drive and ambition to produce the best, He continues to go from strength to strength resulting in success in his establishments.
