New Pilates Matwork Class
We are delighted to announce that Andy Bond our very own Polestar trained Pilates Instructor has added a new pilates class at JUMP Physio from 1st July 2009. The new Pilates class takes place every Wendesday evening from 18.00-19.00. As class sizes are restricted for your benefit please ring/email pilates@jumpphysio.com in advance to book a place. Friday morning's pilates class from 7.30-8.30 will continue as normal for the all early birds out there.
