Mixed Grades
This class is for everyone, beginners, advanced, children, adults and family's, we cover a bit of everything for everyone, In all of the above classes we also offer semi-contact sparring, we are very lucky at KiXtreme as we have students who are happy to give up there free time to help out in the classes, which is great as the children really benefit from having the adults helping them with things such as pad work, and Focus.....!!!!
