Our holistic approach to person centred care plans ensures our Autistic Spectrum, Learning & Physical Disability individual residential care service users support needs are met. Based in Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire and Chesterfield, Derbyshire. We aim to provide physical, social and psychological opportunities which in turn promote optimal service user independence within a high quality, cost effective service. We strive to ensure that people in our care are cared for in a safe, secure, comfortable and caring environment. We aim to preserve and maintain the dignity, individuality and privacy of all service users and promote this in a manner which is sensitive to their ever changing needs. We encourage family, friends and significant others to participate in the planning of care and the setting of achievable care outcomes. We aim to meet the holistic care needs of each service user inclusive of their physical and mental wellbeing and taking cognisance of their cultural, psychological, spiritual, emotional and social needs. We aim to achieve all of this through programmes of care, therapy and activities designed to facilitate improvement and inclusion. We constantly strive to help maintain levels of cognitive development and function, physical improvement, self-esteem and social interaction.
