The adjacent North forty foot bank is excellent for fishing. There is a 24hr Asda supermarket, newspapers at the co-op store. By cycle 5 min's from the national cycle routes and athletics stadium. We have many walks available through the woodland's trust parks. By car, 15 min's to a choice of 3 Golf Courses. A 2 min walk to the nearest about Town circular bus route stop.
