Jaguar Alarms operates a full 24 hour everyday of the year help, advice and call-out service, for contract customers within 4 hours. All staff are security screened to current British Standards and strictly adhere to health and safety policies. Subscribers under current maintenance contracts are entitled to free replacement parts, labour and calls when out of manufacturers guarantees, subject to certain conditions. I.E. caused by others, lightening, fire, flood etc. This applies to residential systems and is reviewed annually. We will service and maintain systems not installed by us provided they are owned by the customer, installed to current British Standards and there is no ongoing dispute with the original installers
