Start and Grow is a government backed programme (supported by the Regional Growth Fund) offering businesses £5000 worth of free coaching and mentoring over 3 years for eligible start-up businesses. Its aim is to accelerate business growth ambitions and lead to increased turnover, profitability, job creation, and business expansion. Eligible Start and Grow clients typically benefit from: One-to-one support and advice with an experienced, independent business advisor who will review your business idea and formulate the next steps An intensive personalised support programme, including guidance, advice and peer learning, leading to the development of a robust business plan Dedicated support in an application for external funding Ongoing support for 3 years after the business starts including workshops, training sessions and coaching and mentoring
